C: Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules.  Technical Experience: a: Experience implementing, configuring and supporting Workday Benefits Module. b: Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes c: Good exposure to GDPR requirements d: Good understanding of the annual benefits enrollment processes e: Experience in creating custom reports  Professional Experience: a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.   Educational Qualification: a: Certification in Workday HCM Principal b: Certification in Workday Benefits Consulting Core
