Job Description:

Experience required:

Experience in sourcing candidates through multiple sources & interview process co-ordination.

General Purpose of the Role:

End to end recruitment - sourcing of candidates, Screening of profiles, lining up for the interview, selection, and offer management & post offer interactions with the candidate for joining.

Functional

1.       Understand the position requirement as detailed in the vacancy authorization form.

2.       Review CV's/application forms against requirements and create a shortlist for interview or review by a hiring manager, meeting all Service Level Agreement targets and in line with equal opportunities policies / laws.

3.       Sourcing CVs for positions assigned through multiple channels (Network referrals, advertising, internal referrals, Job Portals, postings, Mass mailers, Distribution lists, networking tools like LinkedIn, Google groups & twitter etc.)

4.       Source, Identify and speak with the potential candidates.

5.       Filter the appropriate candidates on the basis of cost, location preference, stability, fitment, years of experience, basic technical knowledge and other parameters.

6.       Share the shortlisted CVs with the recruitment head.

7.       Schedule interviews as per the availability of the interview panel and candidate.

8.       Ensure that interview room/s is blocked as per requirement in advance.

9.       Confirmation calls & emails for interview schedules.

10.   Ensure maximum turn out ratio through regular follow ups with the candidates.

11.   Develop a pool of qualified candidate’s database.

12.   Be a part of the interview process and assess candidate on HR parameters and record his/her comments.

13.   Understand & follow the set recruitment protocol of the company.

14.   Ensure all documentation is complete as per the protocol before the interview and offer.

15.   Do initial negotiation with the candidates, prepare & issue offer letters to selected candidates.

16.   Support Nodal HR colleagues in implementation of Group HR Policies and

 

 

on time information sharing.

17.   Stay active on the professional networking sites and promote employer branding.

18.   Prepare weekly recruitment MIS.
