Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Patching all the server
• Troubleshooting and Resolving query of Networking device & maintaining backup and report
• Ensure 100% up time of server
• Ensuring all the server Backup is in place and troubleshoot if required
• Handling and supporting query raised by Jr Engineer and guide them accordingly
• Reporting & maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clients
• Willing to work at any stage in organization
• Understand and resolve client query as per SLA

Qualifications

• Any Graduate - Any Specialization
• Certification: MCSE Additional: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE R&S (Optional)
• Window PowerShell or any other scripting command VB Python etc.
• Virtual Server
• MFP Printer
• Multiservice provider software like Autotask
• Window Server 2012
• Microsoft office 365
• Microsoft office Suite

Experience

• Should have strong knowledge of server 2008 – 2012
• Client operating system Win 7/8/10
• MSO 2013 2007
• VPN IPSEC & SSL
• SonicWALL Cisco Fortinet Firewall
• Power shell VB Script CMD
• MSP Software Like Atera Autotask etc.
• MFP printer & Scanner
• PABX Analog & Digital
• SIP Phone
• Familiar with window update & Patching management
• Should know the backup technology like Symantec/Veeam/Acronis
• Knowledge of virtual technology like Esxi\Hyper-V
• Good Knowledge on Networking device like SonicWALL/Fortinet/Cisco
• Good Knowledge of Telephony system
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Fluent English communication and email-writing skills
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to operate at all levels within the organization
• Good Knowledge of reporting TASK/PROJECT/CALL
