Job Description:

Experience required:

Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates and managing applicants through Applicant tracking system.

General Purpose of the Role:

Talent Identification, Assessment & Acquisition as per business requirement within the set timelines, quality & cost. Manning the projects as well as the niche positions at Head office.

Functional

1.       Understanding, projecting and planning for the talent and manpower requirements across the division.

2.       Ensure set recruitment protocol is followed and the recruitment cycle is completed with 100 % compliance.

3.       Managing Talent Assessment & Acquisition across the projects & HO and driving efficacious efficiencies through time lines/schedules, quality and cost.

4.       Device and implement sourcing strategy.

5.       Conceptualizing, planning, organizing and managing a consistent pipeline of high caliber and potent talent that may be required.

6.       Designing short term/long term hiring strategies.

7.       Work closely with managers and leadership team of Business and align recruitment practices with business needs.

8.       Lead Recruitment marketing and other initiatives to strengthen Employer Brand.

9.       Leveraging HR Branding synergies to attract best of the talent to the Company and to create brand differentiators so as to make the organization an ideal employment destination for top performers in the industry.

10.   Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams- organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.

 

 

 

11.   Work as a business partner and understand the project terms & conditions, requirement and cost viabilities.

12.   Consult with internal clients on overall recruiting strategy for both the short and long term needs of the business.

 

13.   Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs. Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, campus hiring, etc.

14.   Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.

15.   Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

16.     Lead final assessment and selection process.

 

17.   Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure ongoing education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment best practice and interview skills training.
