Job Description:

Urgent Requirement for Manager HR PMS performance management system for reputed solvent industries at raipur location.

  1. Develop & Manage performance tools, processes and programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance.
  2. Generating awareness & monitoring resources in performing their daily task as mentioned in respective task sheet which will enable employee skills and an organizations overall quality of work.
  3. Assess & develop appropriate key performance indicators & performance goals for specific positions & departments.
  4. Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance & provides reports to management.
  5. Design & evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems.
