SALES OFFICER/SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

Plan targets, increase sales ,manage distribution & inventory parameters and control credit with the overall objective of sustained and increased revenue in the
assigned region.

Responsible for planning, strategizing and achieving the
targets month wise as a team and developing sales
strategies for the sales executives to achieve sales targets.
? Develop business relationship with traders, builders & end-
users etc. and pursuing them to establish “Perfect Wire” as
a leading brand in their respective territory.
? Monitoring inventory control, thereby ensuring ready
availability of the stock as per the market demand and
implementing effective logistic strategies.
? Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking
sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
? Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and
manage the sales program accordingly.
? Develop creative sales tools by communicating product
value position to enable team, including presentation, trend
reports.
? To coordinate with the Sales team/other plant personnel for
smooth management of the warehouse and logistics
requirements.
? Providing client’s feedback in order to access possible
improvements to existing products and also the need for
new products.
? Ensure proper record keeping of sales, revenue, invoices,
MIS etc.
? Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales
force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional
standard is achieved and monthly sales target, responsible
for the performance of the sales team.
? Continually assess current business distribution channels,
develop and evaluate their performance and manage
conflict.
? To keep knowledge of customer base of the assigned state
