Job Description:
- Handling all legal matters pertaining to Labour laws and Securities Laws
- Drafting response to the legal, regulatory notices/complaints, Petitions in Labour matters etc
- Appearing in person for all legal matters in Court, Exchanges etc
- Ensuring that the agreement s are vetted thoroughly in the interest of company and responses are given within the agreed period
- Reporting of the work on a monthly, quarterly basis to senior management
- Ad-hoc activities include interpretation matters, clarification, guidance, update on recent changes.
