Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechnical /Electrical Engg
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs exp in handling customer complaint, CAPA, Warranty complaint, Final inspection
Preferebly from Automobile Industry
Prefer to shift vasai & local candidates
Job description:
Must have exp in handling customer complaint, CAPA, Warranty complaint, Final inspection
Manage , co-ordinate and direct the implementation and operation of quality department for all (QA/QC) projects.
Conduct audit for all projects .
Review performance & development of quality staff.
Conduct periodic project development phase audits to ensure compliance.
Investigate customer compalints and make corrective actions for the same.
