Relationship Manager
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients
- Meets with customers either in the branch or at an external venue to try to secure sales.
- Provides product information to customers as appropriate, outlining features and benefits. Identifies cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
- Refers customers to another member of the Sales team when appropriate
- To coordinate with product and research team (Centralize Team) for taking investment decision for the clients.
- Coordination with KYC team for documentation and compliance
Focus on products - Demat, Mutual funds,
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Any graduate/ MBA in Sales and Marketing/ BBA
- Years of Experience- Min 1year only from financial Industry
Preferred Skills
- NISM Certified preferred
- Excellent communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.
- Go getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
- Team player, should be able to work under pressure as & when required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ppt & CRM know how is added advantage
