• Identify improvement areas & manage QMS (enhancements, improvements, roll out, training)
• Manage Internal Quality Audit program (training of auditors, audit planning, execution, closure)
• Work with project teams in understanding the project, defining processes & guide team in making project documentation
• Perform Content review (for ex not just test cases written, they should be appropriate as well)
• Perform Process audits
• Provide project status to management

Skills

• In depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall, overlap, spiral etc.)
• Should have participated as auditor in IQA against model ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of CMMI model & framework
• Should have knowledge of performance measurement
• Good Communication & Analytical skills
• Self driven, willing to go the extra mile
• Should be good at RCA technique
• Knowledge of issue tracking tools.
• Track progress across various projects which will be at different stages in execution / life cycle & provide status to management
