Must have Skills : Workday Core HCM Good to Have Skills : Workday, Workday Business Processes Con, Workday System Configuration Job Requirements : 1 Responsibilities: a Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients b Experience with configuration and testing of Workday HCM modules 2 Professional Experience: a Minimum of 2 years of current hands-on Workday HCM Area b Good Knowledge of Workday Core HR Data Conversion process c Knowledge on Reports and Calculation fields - Security Configuration d Good exposure with HR ERP experience in either PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM or SAP-HR
