Job Description:
1-Should have experience of 8-10 years experience in SAP/ERP LIGHT HOUSE) BusinesS.
- Manage SAP/ERP and handle administration module
- Coordination with the vendor to solve Bugs & Requirements.
- Co-ordination with users to understand the Queries and resolving day to day issues
- Testing of New Requirements & Bugs
- Looking after the IT related issues and server functionalities.
- Drafting functional requirements for SAP/ ERP to represent the processes and functions involved.
- Guiding the users in using various modules and the management for various functional issues.
- Planned internal and external meetings, and participated in projects.
- Provided technical input to develop, check and maintainSAP/ ERP systems upkeep.
- Developed user manuals and participated in knowledge transfer sessions.
- Development & Customization of existing & new Print formats using Crystal Reports for ERP
- Conduct training session for users to keep them updated about the system
- Coordinated in implementing various new functionalities.
- Maintainance of Computer Hardware, Networkig, ESSL Attendance system, CCTV, Televisions, EPBAX, CISCO Phone, etc.
- OTHER SOFTWARE HADWARE AND CCTV WORKS.
