Job Description:
Chemist- Power Plant Division
- B.Sc- Chemistry
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Coal testing & Water treatment analysis.
Monitoring chemical parameters in the power station plant, Monitoring water treatment plant, effluent treatmentplant, chemistry, Performing Coal sampling and monitoring coal quality, Physical and chemical testing (e.g. Coal, Fuel, Waste-disposal), Testing and flue gas analysis, Testing of cooling water for corrosion and scaling tendency, Ensuring production of DM water for the units, Calibration of Lab Instruments . Record verification, Chemical Optimization, Evaluation of environmental parameter such as stack emission, ambient and ash dyke effluent monitoring Shift report generation & communicate to Sr Chemist/Shift In charge-Operations, Assist to preparation of coal, water and environment submission reports.
