• Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients’ hiring needs.
• Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.
• More than 3 year experience in US staffing industry, and expertise working/managing Implementation Partners, Tier 1 vendors, Direct client on their contractual and FTE job requirement.
• Build a strong, dynamic and a competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand pipelines.
• Coordinate with the Business Development colleagues to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
• Impart hands-on trainer for recruitment team-members
• Do the search and recruitment himself / herself on need basis.
• Maintain up-to-date Data Bank/ATS/Personal Database of candidates for various job profiles.
• Use various resources for recruitment
• Prioritise work and review it with team member (recruiters)
• Familiar with professional social networking sites and various IT/Technical groups

Essential Qualities:

• Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence
• Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the US staffing industry verticals like Pharma, Telecom, IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Financial, Banking.
• Thorough knowledge of accessing VMS, MSP, ATS and job portals
• Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time
• Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike
