Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Salesforce Technical Architecture  Good to Have Skills :    Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities: a: Technical documentation liek ERD, Solution Approach, Architecture strategy, System Heat Map for Advisory and Definition exercises b: Short or long term recommendations, technology roadmap c: Pre-sales technical scoping support, scalable, secure solution d: Implement Best practice approaches to design, security, middleware, platforms, data modeling/migration, explanations around trade offs  Technical Experience: a: Define an end to end solution b: Collaborative work style - works with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution like decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange c: Able to manage the technical track of a project d: Strong communicator - able to explain or discuss complex technical concepts and design trade-offs with non-technical customers or team members  Professional Experience: a: Define an end to end solution b: Collaborative work style - works with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution like decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange c: Able to manage the technical track of a project d: Strong communicator - able to explain or discus  Educational Qualification:   Additional Information:
