Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Workday 3rd Party Payroll Integrations  Good to Have Skills :  No Function Specialty  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities: a: Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution b: Developing, testing and deploying integrations specific to Workday to meet business requirements c: Analyzes Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing integrations d: Use experience in Workdays Implementation Methodology to implementation projects  Technical Experience: Experience and knowledge in: a: Workday integration tools - Custom Reports, Core Connector, DT, EIB, Payroll IntegrationPICOF, PECI and GPC and basics of Studio b: Building PICOF and PECI with complex data transformations using XSLT c: Coordinating with Payroll team and vendor to gather requirements, design and build d: Configure Payroll company, paygroup, period schedule, earnings and deductions and paygroup status e: Handling international and in-country transfers f: File Transport methods  Professional Experience: a: Good verbal  written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision  Educational Qualification: a: Certification in Workday Core Integration b: Certification in Workday CCTPP  Additional Information:
