BILLING PLANNING ENGINEER(CIVIL)
Job Description:
The candidate should have Bachelors Degree/diploma in Civil Engg with experience of min 5-7 yrs preferably in Contract Projects
Experience : ï¶ Quantity Surveying, Analysis & Billing of civil work,Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing. Verification of Bills Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).ï€ ï¶ Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements, Processing the invoice as per terms and contracts.ï€ ï¶ Verification and Approval of bills of contractors, Inventory management and reconciliation of the same.ï€ ï¶ Construction work as per the planned schedules, Quantity surveying activities.ï€ ï¶ Compliance of quality as per the procedures and systems at sites.ï€ ï¶ Good Knowledge and experience of billing, item rate analysis, budgeting estimation and vendor development, Ability to understand the designs.ï€ ï¶ To coordinate with all concerned person in the project.
