CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER-AUTOMOBILE
Job Description:
for New and True Value Car -3-6 Year experience, Salary 18-20 Thousand per month.
- Handling of inbound calls received from customers inquiring on their, process, process related information.
- To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about schemes.
- Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.
- New Customer Acquisition & improve client retention.
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Self motivated & drive to achieve.
- Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills.
- Preference for Experience candidates and Female candidates
