Job Description:

1. Responsible for sales of the entire range of products in the assigned area.

2. Expanding coverage by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework.

3. Effective focus on new product launch / re launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.

4. Ensure timely collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with depot / CSA.

5. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.

6. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.

7. Analyze relevant business & competitor information from market.

8. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority.

9. Leading & Motivating the team.

10. Interim field force Infrastructure building & control.

11. Provide inputs & facilitation in yearly budget preparation.

12. Any other related task assigned by HOD.
