Job Description:
- Break Down Attend
- Working on DCS & PLC of Allen Bradley Siemens& Honey well.
- Calibration I to P Converter.
- Working on R.T.D. Thermocouple , Pressure Gauge , Pressure Switch
- Maintenance of Level , Flow , Pressure , Temp , Control Loops
- Installation & Maintenance of all probes for Machine monitoring system like Vibration, Axial, Redial, Speed, Temperature probes with correct adjustment.
- Handling the Calibration of all instruments like Transmitters, control valve Positioner, Gauges, and Switches at site.
- Calibration & Loop checking of all above Instruments.
- Calibration of Control Valves, On-Off Valves makes Forbes marshal, Mil etc.
- Successfully Executed valves checking & functional checking, control valves, safety valves etc. at major shutdown jobs
