Job Description:

Responsible for planning & implementation of company's customer eccentric objectives

- Design & implement customer service processes with process corrections whenever required.

- Construct strategies and tactics to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure profitability of Service Operations in his region

- Recruit, supervise, motivate, mentor & ensure correct governance framework that defines roles and responsibilities of service delivery team.

- Identifying training needs of internal & external teams and ensuring delivery

- Strategic planning for execution of Service business more efficiently

- Review of franchisees/branch heads on a monthly basis.

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze regional market trends and explore opportunities for growth

- Update the management about the regional operations, profits, customer feedback, and future prospects
