Job Description:

Role : Business and Integration Practitioner  Role Description : Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Must have Skills : Core Banking  Good to Have Skills :  Business Analysis  Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :   a: Business requirements gathering b: Should be able to manage Sr stakeholders including business, steerco, sponsor and should be able to seamlessly communicate with the business to derive business requirements c: Should be able to provide SME advice on the payment implementation / blueprint and should Interact with vendor and other HSBC teams IT, business, compliance, regulatory teams    Technical Experience :   a: Transformation Business analyst having 8 years of experience, especially on payments and focused on  SWIFT messages, ISO20022, real time payment, SEPA, BACS, FPS etc b: Should have worked on BRD, user stories and should be proficient in impact analysis and presenting as-is to-be models c: Should have worked with other Payment systems to understand challenges on integrations and implementation of Swift messages d: Evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions    Professional Attributes :   a: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative in understanding and following up issues c: Takes ownership of problems through to resolu    Educational Qualification :       Additional Information :   a: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative in understanding and following up issues c: Takes ownership of problems through to resolu
