Cloud Administration - 3 years Relevant, 6 -7 years of overall experience required ? Manage users, groups, policies in IAM Roles and Manage Security Groups ? Manage multiple VPC, VPC peering ? Manage multiple VPN ? Setup secure environment according to client/project requirements ? Manage user access to various servers and resources ? Manage ELB, EBS, S3, Cloudfront, Aurora ? Manage SVN server and user access ? Manage Windows servers ? Manage Linux servers ? Manage IIS, Apache, PHP sites, .Net sites, FTP sites, SMTP ? Manage server security, updates, patching ? Debugging issues ? Good knowledge in scripting ? Good knowledge in Security concepts ? Good knowledge in managing Active directory ? Collaborates with other business units as necessary to evaluate cloud readiness of services ? Attends and contributes to projects to migrate services into multi cloud environments ? Improves monitoring of cloud services ? Works closely with Tier 1 Cloud Support Techs and the Cloud Services team to remediate issues and fulfill support requirements ? Consumes services from supporting technical groups and provides cloud component services to consumer business units ? Proof out cloud-native and third party tools to solve business requirements around cloud operations ? Performs routine assessment of cloud environments and tracks, analyzes and reports on overall health of environment ? Assists in the development and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure capacity forecast ? Performs virtual server provisioning and configurations as well as initiating requests for supporting cloud infrastructure components ? Works with IT Security team to ensure the cloud environments aligns with IT Security compliance ? Develops and maintains cloud infrastructure user access roles ? Performs server hardware/software installation and maintenance tasks for on-premise & Cloud infrastructure.
