Job Description:

Checking the material issuance and receipt of the products / goods.
Interact with related ware houses and production department.
Meetings and organizing plans to be conducted.
Clearance & outstanding of materials from various transport to be tracked & dispatched accordingly.
Stock verification & auditing to be done personally.
Interact with internal team to ensure on time delivery

Distribution optimization, monitoring of inventories in line with demand and minimization of under-recoveries.    
Design and implementation of new business process in consultation with Finance, Marketing and other allied    
functions.    
Pipeline scheduling and monitoring to keep minimum inventory level in line with demand at destination location.    
Monitoring of inbound traffic of import vessel and take measures to avoid.    
Managing inventory and product movement at 3 party leased tankages and stock accounting.    
Coordination and optimization of full order cycle for industrial customers.    
Monitoring of quality of products delivered at all marketing locations.    
End to end governance of sales cycle and road dispatch operation.    
Monitoring and minimization of cycle time of road tankers inside terminal.    
Payment processing for road transporters.

Circulation of dispatch reports and other periodic marketing MIS to internal stakeholders and external agencies l    
Coordination with allied functions like Operations, Technical Services, Marketing, Quality Control etc. for product    
receipt, despatch and other day to day activity.    
Customer creation in SAP and governance of customer-masters data.    
Updation of prices in SAP and governance of SD price-master data    
Transportation master data governance in SAP. This includes freight master, vehicle master, RTKM master etc.    
monitoring of transit loss.    
Purchase of product for sale through retail outlets.    
Monitoring of payment  product delivery and customer account reconciliation.    
Evaluation of customer satisfaction level and take measures to enhance it.    
Customer credit management.    
Marketing MIS.
