Any Graduate, BE-Computer / IT, MCM, MCA, Msc Computer. Experience 3 to 8 yrs in same domain.
You should be well versed in Rails 3.x and Ruby 1.9.x, AJAX, HTML 5, CSS and having sound understanding of performance and security aspects of web applications.

You should be comfortable working in a Linux environment.

You should be acquainted with jQuery or similar frameworks.

Any experience of working with Hi-Charts, Restful API Integrations, Analytics platforms and Big Data will be an advantage. We highly appreciate if you are a contributor to any open source projects.

You should be consistent in following the standards and best practices in the code delivered by you.

You should have good knowledge of how Rails applications are deployed and cloud based deployment infrastructure. (Nginx, Passenger, Amazon Ec2)

You should be well versed with the source version control systems like Git.

You need to know and be doing your test automation using RSpec or Cucumber.

Soft Skills: Self-driven and highly motivated, Genuinely creative and curious about latest trends in technologies, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, High on ownership and commitment.
