AGM/DGM -ROLLING MILL(STRUCTURE DIVISION)
Job Description:
Getting the information from marketing from production plan on monthly basis.
Coordination for rolling plan on daily/weekly basis the marketing team
Coordination with marketing for daily dispatches to control the cash flow
Coordination with SMS for input material requirement
tracking of roll requirement & readness of rolls for production requirement
knowledge of preventive maintenance & analysis to control the breakdowns
knowledge of store & spare management & timely procurement
knowledge about mill setting to control the production losses
through knowledge of quality control to reduce production of non prime materials
through understanding of wastage control i.e. End cut burning losses,chuha cut,mill scale & its disposal on daily basis
Interaction & reporting to management
knowledge of leadership to lead train & motivate the entire work force
to main ten discipline in his division
reporting in daily weekly monthly coordination & production meeting
finding the areas for improvement in process in quality & cost
should flow the housekeeping
to implement IMS in division & open to do CAPA analysis & its implementation
contractor & other manpower control
understanding energy conservation & willing to reduce all types of energy used for production & maintenance process
