Technical Project Manager (MERN/MEAN/PHP/Java)

Job Description:

Looking for a trustworthy and proactive technical project manager with minimum 8 years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will have to perform 30% engineering development and 70% managerial activities

1. Undertake delivery of new Project development for Internal and External customers.
2. Understand the business requirements and convert them into logical solutions
3. Complete ownership of the project assigned. Coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver as per the deadline
4. Responsible for Project Planning, Tracking, and Control, Release, etc.
5. Provide technical leadership for different IT Projects identified from time to time, as and when required
6. POC development whenever required
7. Will be working under the VP of Engineering for all the existing and upcoming new projects
8. Will be responsible for a demanding and rewarding variety of duties related to the delivery of projects
9. Will be coordinating with vendors for some projects
10. Technical roadmap design based on stakeholder’s requirements
11. Technical architecture design along with system architect and product manager
12. Analysis for technology and tools required to achieve product vision
13. Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
14. Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
15. Determining the need for training and talent development
16. Efforts estimations with Product Manager and VP of Engineering
17. Technical documentation and code quality review 

Requirement & Skills : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. PG is good to have 
2. Experience in independently managing, End-to-End Implementation, Design and Development of IT Projects and Products (Mobile Apps and Web Apps) 
3. Minimum 10 years of technical experience, including 2+ years in the technical management role.
4. Must be hands-on with development (MERN or MEAN)
5. Good documentation experience on functional and/or technical aspects of the project.
6. Project and resource planning expertise
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Team Management experience.
9. Good verbal and written communication skills
10. Experience working with US Clients is a Must
11. Experience and Exposure working with different projects and business models will be an advantage
12. 6+ years of experience in development and 2+ years in the technical management role
13. Experience in SaaS product development would be a plus
