CONTRACT MANAGER
Job Description:
1.Comprehensive study of the Contract document.
2. Preparation of Project Salient Features & Contract Appreciation Document.
3. Enlisting the obligations required to be fulfilled upon the award of the Project and subsequent execution of Agreement & Appointed Date/Commencement Date declaration.
4. Co-ordinating with other departments of the organization to ensure timely and proper submission of contractual deliverables.
5. Record keeping and tracking of Project Bank Guarantees and Insurances.
6. Maintaining regular Project correspondences with the Client/Authority, Authority's Engineer/Consultant.
7. Timely notifications of hindrances at the Project Site.
8. Identification & timely notifications of contractual entitlements like Extension of Time, Change of Scope, Delay Damages etc.
9. Identification of prospective Project claims in the initial stages and maintaining contemporary records for obtaining maximum output from the entitlement.

10. Determining the causes of delays, preparing and submitting the interim applications for Extension of Time.
11. Reviewing and final submission of Change of Scope proposals.
12. Developing and updating Project MIS on regular basis.
