PURCHASE HEAD- CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
WORKING SKILLS:-
? Capable to handle all activity independently.
? Good communication with suppliers.
? Paper knowledge of ISO documentation.
? Maintain record all purchased material.
? Maintain record comparative statement.
? Maintaining record of spares of construction vehicles & machinery
? Maintain record of shelf life items.
Communicating With Site HOD’S For BOM/BOQ Preparation Of Project Budget
Checking Purchase Request (Indent) Of All Nature and carefully understanding the need.
To Prepare CSQ Of Requested (PR) Materials.
Negotiating With vendors/Suppliers For Better Procurement And Timely Delivery
Bulk Materials Rates Freezing.
Coordinating With Respected Authorities.
Preparing Purchase Order For Procurement In a Detailed Manner So No Obligation Arise.
Follow Up Of Materials For Timely Delivery.
Coordinating With Transporting Of Materials
Creating an Effective Chain Between Store and Purchase For Timely Delivery Of Bills.
Preparation Of Monthly Procurement Report With Details Of Stock Ageing And Dead Stock
Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics
Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
