Job Description:

- Diploma or degree in the mechanical field preferable.
- Experience of min 6 to 12 years in Special Purpose Machine (SPM)designing.
- Auto-CAD 2D, 3D and Inventor expertise

Main position activities and responsibilities
- Participates in job order design from job order roll-out;
- Design from Concept to finalisation, detailing, preparation of BOM, releasing of the drawings for production.
- Interfaces with the manager and other sector specialists for project development;
- Produces trial drawings for the plant design, part lists, technical forms concerning quality control and the hard copy documentation required to produce the item;
- With production, following Machine construction to correct and design defects and improve it for future plant construction;
- Provides consulting for Service personnel during work site activities;
- According to experience, meets the consulting requests from other technical departments;
- If in possession of extensive experience and skills, acts as the technical contact for Service and After Sales areas for the design of mechanical variations for change job orders

Necessary technical know-how

- Excellent technical design knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Basic AS400 computer skills preferable
- Good English language skill
