Job Description:
- Cold Calls and area mapping for lead generation
- Organizing site visits of different business associates
- Responsible for negotiating contracts and packages.
- Respond to customers to help solve technical problem.
- Explain quotation and designed solutions to the clients.
- Responsible for the payment follow ups from the clients.
- Introduce new product features to the Channel Customer, help customer to select and configure products/Solutions.
- Visit to the other cities within a state as and when required
- Researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvement.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Compile and update sales data. (Hard and Soft Copies).
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Weekly meet with Sr. Sales Executives and Sales Head/Managing Director
- Submit daily Sales report to the concerned reporting manager.
