Job Description:
OPERATION INCHARGE -WAREHOUSE
Ensure stock veri
fication the physically stock matches the system stock.
Coordination with purchase department for sending the rejections to supplier.
Close coordination with the production, quality, maintenance & purchase department for
The smooth Functioning.
Supervise loading, unloading and dispatch of vehicles /container.
Receipt of Material and store material as per Location.
Material supply on Production Line As per production plan.
Daily line side parts shortage list generation & coordination to purchase department.
Material transfer in system as per outbound document.
FG packing & dispatch organize as per Delivery note & as per process.
Monthly service providing invoice generation & submission to customer.
Monthly KPI report submitted to customer.
Responsible to prepare daily report of all operation
