QA/QC EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
Online packing process & material inspection (Cleaning, Moisture, Physical and chemical testing).
? Online cleaning inspection (Material sorting instruction).
? Physical Quality (Extraneous matters, insect damages, colour & etc.)
? Chemical quality (Moisture, Volatile & Non-Volatile oil, Ash, Acid insoluble ash, Acidity, Starch, Crude Fiber, Heat values (Capsaicin for chilli), Curcumin (Turmeric),Pipperine (Black pepper and white pepper) etc.
? FG report of Bulk dispatch & FG products.
? Responsible for the preparation, up gradation& implementation of SOP.
? Prepare documents regarding standard procedure which we are follows in process.
? Preparation of Food Safety Plan /HACCP Plan.
? Verification & validation of equipment’s like sieving, De-stoner, Magnets, Manual Cleaning or shorting.
? Overall verification of Quality standards in raw material and packaging material.
? Analyzing and ensuring the chemical quality of raw materials, in-process and finished products and monitoring adherence to quality system.
? Maintaining Log Sheet of Chemical Lab data sheet
