Job Description:

SHIFT MANAGER: ONE+ONE=TWO
Budget – 20-25 k Gender : Male Age : 30 to 45
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of managing the staff, management of production and quality
aspects to ensure smooth running of the plant.
Ensure that all staff strictly follows HSE guidelines
Monitor, measure and report production related process performance and general issues.
Ensure good communication at all levels
Excellent coordination with other shift managers
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work place
Maintain high level of timekeeping and discipline.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology or Chemistry.
Min. 5 years experience in chemical Plant operations
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Excellent communication skills
Able to write shift reports and maintain administrative records
Experience in Automation with DCS controlled systems is preferred.
Experience in plant operations of Synthetic Resin industry is preferred
Control the Process of Chemical Reactions
Manage Very Complex Chemical Reactions
Planning and Executing Day to Day Production Activities
Maintain Quality and Quantity of Product
Preparing the Batch Manufacturing Records
Active Involvement in Day to Day Production Activities
Working knowledge of MS Office is desired
