CRUSHER MECHANIC
Job Description:
- Urgent requirement for crusher MECHANIC for reputed mining division for reputed company at ambikapur
- Provides leadership, expertise and direction for Mine Production execution activities DOLOMITE/BAUXITE .
- Ensures work activities are conducted safely and in accordance with schedules and plans by competent personnel in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, standards and operating procedures.
- Complies with collective bargaining agreement.
- Spends appropriate time in field and ensures that critical controls for material risks are being correctly and uniformly applied and used by all teams.
- Engage and enable the load and haul team to deliver against goals and targets.
- Positively influence and shape the culture to ensure a safe, sustainable and disciplined approach to work.
- Coordinate the safe movement of material from the pit to the crusher, leach pad, or waste dump.
