Regional Business Manager (RBM) & Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description:
- Handling a team of BE (Business Executives)
- Responsible for Business Achievement for their assigned Head Quarters.
- Meet the doctors (along with their BE – if required) to introduce the company brand.
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales.
- Giving Induction/Training to new BE in their Head Quarter.
- Maintain good relations with Stockiest & Chemists.
- Can look for oral & vaccine products but stability & currently working is mandatory
- Having experience of at least 2years in Critical Care.
Experience:- 4 to 6 yrs
Terminologies used for RBM:
First-line manager/Area Business Manager/ Regional Business Manager
CTC up to 7 lakhs
Locations - Pune
