Job Description:

 Designation: Supply Chain Manager.

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA.

Based at: HO.

Gender Preferred: Male

Location: Mumbai Kharghar 

Job Description: 

  • Negotiating freight & ensuring dispatch of goods across India from time to time.
  • The mailing respective managers that goods under respective tax invoices are dispatched & will be delivered by the given date.
  • Tracking goods in transit &ensuring the goods reach on time. In case of delay, inform the respective manager &Superstockist.
  • Maintaining in/out the register, SKUwise/invoice wise from Superstockist/Manufacturer. Ensure the same will be maintained in the physical register.
  • In case of shortage/damaged goods, following SOP of insurance claims processing & settlement.
  • On daily basis, ensuring the warehouse sends the physical closing stock statements to HOD’s.
  • Daily basis matching the statement of warehouse&system& in case of difference in BATCH NO, QTY, ETC. try resolving the same & if unresolved, escalate to superior.
  • Stock counting once every month. Take closing stock of the system & send Physical vs system statement to HOD’s.
  • Carry out Stock replacements and scrap related activities, expired goods disposal, in co-ordination with the warehouse manager.
  • In the case of inward of goods from the manufacturer:
  1. Ensuring Warehouse sends QTY of stock, batch no, Manufacturing date, expiry date &MRP, received within 2hours of receipt of goods, to HOD’s. Maintain the same in the in/out register. If after physical verification it is found that stock is damaged/excess/short, inform HOD’s regarding the same.
  2. Ensuring warehouse sends inward form details to the Purchase department within 24hours of receiving goods, after physical verification. Handling any insurance claim if required.
  3. Ensuring goods are properly stored as per blueprint within 24hours of receiving goods from manufacturers.
  • In the case of goods return BA/AND:
  1. Ensuring goods are counted & properly stored as per blueprint within 24hours of receiving goods from Business Associates.
  2. Tally the same against invoice & if it is perfect, ensure HO system data is in line with the same. Update HOD’s about the same. Raise Credit Note/Debit Note accordingly.
  3. In case of discrepancy (shortage, breakage, excess), escalate to HOD’s. Even if the stock is damaged TAKE ENTRY IN System & LOCK THAT STOCK AS DAMAGED. Process insurance claim in case of damage/shortage.
  4. Ensure the same is mentioned in the warehouse in/out register &Physicalin/out own register.
