Name of Position – Client Relations Manager (Sr. role in Business Development function)
Age Group – 32-40 years
Qualification & Experience required – preferably MBA, specialization in Marketing. Experience of 10-12 years in Sales / Business Development / Marketing, along with Industry knowledge in Healthcare, and worked with Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Pharmacy chains, Healthcare IT companies
Head Quarter / Location – Bangalore
Weekly off day – Saturday and Sunday
Detailed Job Description
This is a client-facing role with primary responsibilities in Sales and Client Relationships. The job description includes the below.
- Will be a senior member in the organization structure under the Chief Business Officer
- Will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 executives spread across Karnataka state
- Builds relationships with key client stakeholders
- Works with clients to ensure win-win situations for the company and the clients
- Achieves business objectives, both financial and non-financial
- Strategizes sales plan and is responsible for executing the same
- Sets and owns client specific revenue targets and identifies the resources needed to meet them
- Ensures that the team meets the set revenue targets and revenue realization
- Identifies opportunities to increase sales of company products and services
- Sets up processes that help in smooth functioning of the sales and client relations management function
- Identifies market / business needs and shares with product team from time to time
- Co-ordinates, participates and ensures client participation in promotional activities
- Has good planning and analytical skills
- Has good communication and inter-personal skills
- Has good understanding of the Healthcare domain and good connect with multiple hospitals, doctors, diagnostic labs, pharmacy chains, other healthcare industry players
- The incentive is based on performance matrix and is paid quarterly
