MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations with min 15+ yrs experience out of which 5 yrs holding Sr Manager post in HR Department .
Well versed in recruitment, Payroll, Performance Appraisal, HR Record Management, Statutory, HRMIS etc
Will play a key role in developing & implementing policies & procedures in the personnel & administration areas.
Responsible for IR matters.
Maintaining and updating all statutory compliances.Continuous & uninterrupted supply of workforce and training of such employees.
