Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Consultant - Legal for a reputed company for Malad(West) location.
Job Description:
- Lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in drafting, negotiating and evaluating the international contracts.
- Excellent in Contracts/ Master Service Agreement. Have worked extensively on international contracts/ MSA.
- Should be prudent enough to ascertain the commercial angle in service provider contract.
- Excellent contract negotiation and communication skills.
- Would be capable to go on call(s) with customers and closing the Contracts.
- Giving his legal opinion to TMBS management towards contents/intention as carried out in the MSA.
- Result oriented and go getter, i.e. capable to accomplish the task with absolute co-ordination between TMBSL and Customer, within the agreed and prescribed timelines
