Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering
Experience: 14 to 20 years of experience from Press shop, Sheet metal plant, Automobile fabrication assembly plant.
Work location: Shirwal in Pune

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the quality control process
Review and update for PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan and Process inspection standards.
Ensuring continuous improvement in process and product quality in order to achieve quality goals
Management of Process & Quality Control Activities
Experience in IATF documentation, improvement in TQM practices
Monitoring of compliance customer specific requirements, customer audits, PPAP etc.
Process and Product Validation.
Experience in customer quality i.e., handling issues related to quality at customer end.
Also, should have experience in Supplier Quality, Process Quality and Customer Quality
Should be sound in statistical tools , adept at analyzing and solving quality issues, and come up with preventive measures to ensure zero defect at customer end
