Job Description:
Managing Director
The Managing Director assists the Principal’s management in planning and implementing long term business strategies, in addition to the management and development of key projects.
The Managing Director will be responsible for developing a strong team culture, work closely with the senior team members of the agency to streamline project quality and delivery and work hand- in-hand with Principal’s team to ensure communication objectives are being effectively met.
Minimum Experience: 15 years senior management experience in design or advertising industry.
Minimum Qualifications: BA in Business or Marketing. With GCC, MENA and International experience.

- Expert writing and editing abilities; in both Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in managing large scale branding and design projects.

- Influential – internally and externally.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic positioning and direction of the brand.
- Creative approach when faced with challenges.
- Ability to multitask.
- Skill in handling multiple deadlines and projects.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to act with diplomacy under pressure within a client environment.
