We are hiring enthusiastic Visa counsellors to advise and guide our clients about their migration options.
What you should have?
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to clients
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
What you will do?
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies
- To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.
- To convert telephonic inquiries in Walk-ins.
- Providing information about different visa process over calls or face to face.
- Doing follow ups on queries.
- Have to deal with the clients who are looking for Visa.
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of applicant’s profile.
- Give Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the applicants & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
- Work with talented sales team having years of experience.
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Should be able to write and communicate clearly.
- Should ensure timelines and process are met.
