Insurance and Investment:
- Responsible for Policy administration.
- To meet Service Level Agreement and productivity targets.
- Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improve.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
- Updating the software on a timely basis
- Processing backend work of mutual funds
