Job Description:

should have good command over verbal and written communication skills
? Must have excellent knowledge in end to end mortgage documents, ample exposure in PPR (Pre Purchase Review)
? Strong understanding of ATR/QM, RESPA, TRID and mortgage compliance regulations
? Familiar with all loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA & TRID concepts
? Comprehensive knowledge in US mortgage & well-versed with current updates
? Extensive knowledge in review loan specific documents pertaining to FHA, VA & USDA, Streamline (FHA & USDA), IRRRL (VA)
? Should be able to demonstrate Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure Settlement Service Provide List & all other disclosures pertaining to TRID
? Essential Compliance Audit experience is must in terms of validating all applicable TRID disclosures
? Should have been certified as domain expert by client from previously worked PPR projects
? Good knowledge in ARM products
? Must have experience in Day 1 Certainty procedure
? Should have knowledge in validating Income (all types), Asset, Credit, Collateral as per AUS requirement to satisfy the servicing perspective
? Validating Appraisal with respect to specific loan program
? Should have knowledge in Construction to Permanent, manufactured home & Temporary Buy Down, etc.,
? Knowledge in FHA Streamline, VA IRRRL, USDA Streamline, Texas 50 A 6 products is mandate
? Knowledge in validating USDA Conditional Commitment, LNOV & FHA 92800.5.b requirements
? Compliance Analysis Report validation experience must cover following requirements. HPML/HCM, TILA, TRID, RESPA, State & Local Predatory, Exceptions, Rebuttable Presumption, QM/ATR Exemption
