MIS - Operations Executive- Mumbai
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of MIS - Operations Executive for a Reputed Company for the Mumbai location.
JOB Description:
- Ability to manage trackers and reports related to business KPIs
- Able to load and extract data from MIS portals
- Take care of back-end coordination to support the sales team.
- Collate the monthly PJP of all sales teams and provide adherence reports to senior management.
- Attendance tracking and monitoring through software
- Collate sales team travel claims and forward them to accounts for verification and payment.
- Provide support in new employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Ensure proper onboarding of dealers and distributors in terms of franchisee agreements and KYC
Requirement:
- Should Be Good at MIS and with Advance excel knowledge.
- MS access knowledge would be an advantage.
- Graduate in any field
- 2 + years of MIS experience
- Should be able to respond to mails of partners and employees
- Ability to work within coordination to multiple departments.
