QA Manager -Navi Mumbai
Job Description:
Position: QA Manager, reporting directly to CEO
Responsibilities
1) Manage and grow a team of testers
2) Manage and grow the suite of test cases. This will require interaction with the Development and Product Management teams.
3) Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
4) Coordinate test schedule with Development Team
5) Organize testing schedules and report findings to management
6) Track software defects and inconsistencies.
7) Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Qualifications:
1) 5 years QA experience with a Web-based solution
2) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
3) Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
4) Comfortable working in Jira, experience using Jira to structure test cases
5) Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Strong English skills required.
6) Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
7) Availability for meetings with management during US morning hours
8) Experience with US healthcare software preferred (Optional)
