We have an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Sales Manager(Secondary Sales) for a reputed Real Estate company for Mumbai location.

Job Description:

  • Handling Team of ASM and SM.
  • Meeting Brokers, Empaneling them, Engaging & Enabling them on Technology.
  • Get the information of the locality, Real Estate secondary market research and information
  • Enable brokers to login sales into the Secondary market
  • Get verified inventories listed on the portal with the help of brokers
  • Making sales of Rental and Resale properties.
  • Developing Channel Network.
  • Mentor and guide a team in channel management.
  • Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.

  • Very Good English Communication.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Team Handling Experience Must.
