We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for Virar location.
Job Description:
- Presenting an idea to enhance brand awareness and also to increase sales.
- Meeting clients in outlets giving them information about properties solving their queries.
- Assisting Head in sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers in Residential Services.
- Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.
- Handling clients to solve their queries and also sell them residential projects in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders.
- Meeting Targets with Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations.

Week off: All Tuesday + 1st Wednesday of every month
Salary: upto 35 K + mobile + travalling + very good Incentive
Candidate's Profile:
- Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
The candidate should have his own bike and should be ready to travel locally(Mindatory)
