Job Profile:
- Responsible for creating HR policies and Rules and regulations.
- Understanding Organizational Development needs.
- Maintain HR Rules & Regulations
- Meeting Employees
- Visiting Office as and when required.
Company Office: Vashi(Navi Mumbai)
Job Type: Part-Time(Freelance model)
Time Involvement: 30 hours in a week.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Excellent command over English.
- Should have a pleasing personality.
- Punctuality, sincerity to the job.
- Hard Working.
- Relevant Experience in HR Generalist and Organizational Development department.
- Big corporate experience is preferable.
